Where does the returned clothing go?
As part of our programme to build our sustainable practises and support charitable causes that support women, we have launched a Pre-Loved Programme where you can now ‘sell back’ your pre-loved CONTUR products, in exchange for a £10 gift voucher. We will sell suitable clothing on, and our net proceeds from the sale will be donated to Women in Sport. Simply complete and print the form below and return your items.
What happens to the returned clothing?
Step 1 - Quality check
Items will be assessed and those of suitable quality will be made available to buy on our Secret Sales page.
Step 2 - Reuse
Where items don’t meet our strict criteria for resale but as still in good condition, they will be donated to suitable charities
Step 3 - Recycling
Items deemed unsuitable for resale or repurposing will be recycled through suitable fabric recycling centres
How does it work?
1. Complete the Form
Complete the simple return record form so we can track your items and send your voucher.
2. Send us the Items
Print the completed form and enclose it within the package including your pre-loved, washed items. Sent to Milburne House, 9 Broomfield Road, Stockport

3. Earn your Voucher
Once we have received the items, our team will check the items and send a voucher code direct to your inbox which can be used on any future Contur UK gym wear purchases.
